Please first contact support@focuslatex.com so that we can attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith.

This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections, non-waivable rights to bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence, access to applicable alternative dispute resolution, or the right to complain to a competent regulator.
