How long does production take?
Each piece is made after your order enters the production queue. Standard production usually takes 30–40 days. Custom designs may need longer; the production schedule is confirmed after ordering. Please contact us before ordering for a specific deadline.
How should I take my measurements?
Provide your actual body measurements in centimetres and weight in kilograms. Do not subtract ease or adjust measurements yourself. Our pattern maker accounts for the material thickness and garment design. Keep your arms naturally relaxed for arm measurements and ask someone to help. Recheck any uncertain measurements.
Can the colour look different from the photos?
Lighting and screen settings can affect the appearance of the colour. If an exact colour match matters, contact us before ordering and ask about a physical colour sample.
Will my parcel be discreet?
Packaging is discreet, apart from the information required for delivery. Order information is treated confidentially.
What if my measurements or order details change?
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error or need a change. Provide the order number and the corrected information so we can check the production status with you.
How can I ask for help with the finished item?
If the item appears to have a manufacturing defect or differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs so we can review it.

Before placing your order
Review the product description and the selected options carefully. If you have a deadline, a colour requirement or a special fitting request, discuss it with us before placing the order.
Made-to-measure fitting
The fit depends on accurate measurements. Our team may flag unusual proportions, but cannot verify how measurements were taken remotely. If you plan to wear padding or other items underneath, tell us and provide the relevant dimensions before production. Any necessary pattern adjustments will be discussed with you.
Material and care
Natural latex changes over time and with use. Correct care helps extend its useful life. Contact us if you are unsure how to care for your garment.
Natural latex sensitivity
These garments contain natural latex, which can cause allergic reactions. Do not wear the garment if you have a known latex allergy. If a reaction occurs, stop wearing it and seek appropriate medical help.
